This Privacy Policy explains how Artonis collects, uses and protects personal data when you use the websites, applications and services we operate, including artonis.io and its subdomains (the “Site”). Artonis is the controller of the personal data described below.

  • Account information: any details you choose to provide, and items you save, such as a wishlist.
  • Usage data: standard analytics about how the Site is used, and basic technical information (such as IP address and device type) recorded to keep the Site secure and operating properly.

We use personal data to send you the updates you have asked for, to operate your account and any features you use, to keep the Site secure, and to understand which content is useful so that we can improve the Site. We rely on your consent for marketing emails, and on our legitimate interest in running and securing the Site for the remaining purposes.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 8. We aim to respond within 72 hours and to complete your request within 30 days, as required by law.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. Where personal data is processed or stored outside Vietnam by our service providers, we take steps to ensure it receives an appropriate level of protection.
